3 Withdrawal & Transfer Cases
In the event that a student withdraws from the school or transfers to another institution during the academic year:
- No fee paid — for any term, quarter, or month — shall be refunded, whether partially or in full
- Fees paid in advance for future terms or quarters are also non-refundable
- The school will issue the required Transfer Certificate (TC) and other academic documents as per statutory obligations, but this does not entail any fee refund
- Any outstanding dues must be cleared before the TC or other documents are released
Document Release: Transfer Certificates and academic records will be
processed as per CBSE / MP Board guidelines. Fee refund is not a prerequisite for nor a
consequence of document release.
4 Failed & Duplicate Online Transactions
We understand that technical issues may occasionally occur during online payments. The following process applies:
- Payment Deducted but Not Reflected: If an amount is debited from your bank/UPI account but the Portal does not show a successful payment, do not make a second payment. Contact the school within 3 working days with your transaction reference number and bank statement screenshot. The school and payment gateway will investigate and reconcile the transaction
- Genuine Duplicate Payment: If an amount has been debited twice for the same fee due to a proven technical error by the payment gateway, the excess amount will be reconciled — either by adjusting against a future fee due or, if no future dues exist, returned via the original payment method within 15–21 working days after verification by the payment gateway provider
- User-Initiated Double Payment: If a parent/guardian makes two separate payments for the same fee head without a technical error, the second payment will be adjusted against future dues. No cash refund will be issued
Important: Gateway-side duplicate reconciliation is subject to the policies
and timelines of the third-party payment gateway provider and is outside the direct control
of the school. The school will facilitate the process but cannot guarantee specific timelines
imposed by the gateway.
5 No Exceptions & Final Authority
Pearl Public Hr. Sec. School maintains a strict no-refund policy. The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
- Student absence, illness, or hospitalisation for any duration
- Dissatisfaction with any service, subject, teacher, or facility
- Change of mind after admission or fee payment
- Migration of family to another city, state, or country
- Cancellation of school events, trips, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances
- School closure due to government orders, natural calamities, or public health emergencies
- Any dispute regarding academic performance, assessment, or grading
- Payment made in error for a wrong fee category or wrong student account
The decision of the School Principal and Management in all fee-related matters shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding refund requests will be entertained.
6 Fee Verification Before Payment
To avoid disputes, parents and guardians are strongly advised to:
- Verify the correct fee amount due before initiating any online payment
- Confirm the student's name, class, admission number, and fee category on the payment screen
- Download and retain the digital receipt immediately after a successful transaction
- Contact the school office for any clarification on fee structure before making a payment
Receipts: Digital fee receipts are available for download from the ERP
Portal immediately after a successful payment. Physical copies can be obtained from the
school office on request. Always retain your receipt as proof of payment.
